I'll always love this trail.
I started our group off with the disclaimer, "This isn't a see how fast you can do it trail, this is a ooo, there's a pretty wildflower, hey there's a cool mushroom, get distracted trail and make that distraction your goal, not the falls turnaround." Most of them figured out what I meant and lots of side adventures and smiles were had.
Falls were weaker than usual.
It rained just the right amount on the way out.
I left my knife down close to Bible School Creek and didn't realize until I got back to camp. So I got bonus elevation going back down and up, but knifey was gone. Hopefully to a good home.
