A big horn was kid enough to wait while I took off my pack, got my camera out, switched to the zoom lens and turn on the camera until he laughed, left and all I got was an butt shot.
I figured the hike would be nice for the low clouds and rain. I only got a few sprinkles 3 times.
The wind at the top was pretty severe, especially for viewing over the knife edge.
Someone left a large shovel out in the rain at the wind cave. I put it under the overhang. This would be a great place to fall back on, or camp.
I need to stop trying to find my vehicle while at the top. Pretty disheartening when thinking about the distance getting back.
Spent some time at the top, then started down.
It only took 1:15 to get down.
No flowers out. |
