| no partners | | Got to walk home again. I took the scenic route this time, staying off the road. That meant climbing ridges, there's 5 I usually climb. I'm a little sore today. 
No critters to speak of that I could find, except the lizards, thrashers, sparrows, and some quail. I did see one sparrow hawk, but he was too far away to get a photo. There was fresh sign all over the place where deer and javelina had been through, but I never saw any. I even found the javelina's sleeping place, but they had vacated. If I saw as many snakes as I saw snake tracks, holy moly! There's a LOT of snakes out there. I thought of Gummo... |
