I was a mile in before I realized I'd forgotten my hiking poles and my bear bell. I went in to this hike not expecting much, but it just seemed to get prettier the farther along I went. I ate some raspberries that were growing along the trail, they were super sweet When I arrived at the Grant Hill trailhead, I decided to take the Swift Trail back, so that I could get back to my truck before dark. I would like to get back up there again someday to check out the upper loop trail. |
