| no partners | | Photo Trip on Lake Powell. Amazing 4 nights of camping on the shores and exploring the Escalante Arm. The lower lake Level posed some challenge with accessing the very ends of some of the canyons.
-- Multiple hikes up to ridge that has the most amazing weathering pits
-- Couple of hikes in the Escalante arm that ended in non travesable slush due to the dropping lake levels
-- Was hoping to see more of "Catherdral in the Desert" but that will have to wait for later in the season.
-- One good by product of the "shutdown" was Lake Powell without houseboats and jet skiers... tranquil paradise with great reflections. |
