Headed south with Bob to do AZT 2&3. We left a vehicle at Patagonia and headed over to Canelo Pass (start of #3 end of #2).

After hiking an hour or so we come to a hunters camp and later pass 3 hunters with one dog, the only people we saw all day. Just before Red Bank we see 3 deer bounding up the hillside. Canelo Hills is very enjoyable rolling country.

We stayed at Stage Stop Inn - nice place with friendly owners - thanks for the recommendation JJ.
