Bob made me stop here since he was unable to get here last week. The route is easy to follow for the most part--the most troublesome being the scree area just above the saddle. But you just climb higher and you can't get lost. Great views from the top, but a little hazy today. Really dramatic drop-off on the southwest face. On the descent I climbed up to some caves that are easy to see from the trail. I'm not much for exploring, but one of them looked like there was a small hole going much deeper. It appeared too small for a person to get though. After hiking, we drove some of the roads to get more acquainted with access to the mountain. Nice peak, I might have to come back here again.
