Another one I've been wanting to visit. While in the area for the Fossil Springs loop, we hopped on the Child's Power Road, down to a parking spot just above the campground.

Hiked close to the Verde River over to the shallow spot where the road used to cross the Verde. I was hoping for little, to no people, to be able to enjoy a bit of time in the springs. The laughter in the distance was an indication that both Hot Springs were filled to the brim. Luckily all were clothed....

On the way back, after crossing the river at the ford spot, we walked the old road past the old power plant directly to the truck.

I will only hit this one again if in the area on a weekday....
