#134 - One of the few times I've ever took longer on the way down than the way up. It was 45 minutes up and 47 minutes down. The skies opened up and doused the mountain. I finally got to break in my rain jacket however. I purchased it a few weeks ago for Whitney in June and obviously haven't had to use it since. I also broke in a new pair of shoes. They are beyond ugly but did their job well and stuck to the rock in both the wet and dry conditions. I go through shoes too frequently; hopefully these will give my wallet a reprieve.
