I hiked this trail after finishing a Salome backpack trip that morning. Started out at the Reynolds Creek TH at 2:05 pm, and hiked as fast as I could. The views from the saddle area were incredible! I got partway down the switchbacks above the Billy Lawrence TH (to the point where I'd hiked to back in 1998) before I reached my turnaround time. I got back to the TH at 5:50 pm, just as it was getting really dark. I wish I was back there right now! :D
