| no partners | | | Comb Ridge is a seductive place. Looks good, looks not too hard, looks can be deceiving. After a cold night and a few hours of foot pain I decided to drive the Butler Wash road between hwy 95 and 163, making my way back toward Mexican Hat and home. I had more time so decided to take some anti-inflammatories and do some short hikes into Comb Ridge. Cold was a memory with the warming temps. I donned my desert garb hat and white cotton shirt and off I went. Some nice ruins and some nice views. I've been in the Comb before but not to these ruins that I can remember. |
