| no partners | | | A week ago while in the East Bay, I caught a glimpse of some foothills near the water and had to check it out. I thought Hayward Shoreline was a nice place to run, Coyote Hills Regional Park just might take the cake. First I ran the three mile loop Bayview Trail and then did another 11.5 exploring the marshes and waterways. Most of the trails I did were flat and a mix of asphalt and crushed gravel. |
