| no partners | | Afternoon hike to get into the "clouds". Micah wanted to hike and see fog. Snow melted quickly at the house, but the fog above 8500' was still depositing layers of frost on the trees. She did about 500' Aeg of the trail and I carried her the rest of the way. She enjoyed the squirrels scolding us and correctly identified both a magpie and a stellar jay. Still in the 30's in the "cloud".
Her baby doll kept slipping out of her mittened hand so I can now say I have hiked carrying a baby doll.  |
