I will have to get dropped off and work my way back from Barr Camp again because on the front end or back side of a loop this was way too much work. Never made it to Oil Creek Tunnel as I ran out of time.
The plus side was exploring area's I haven't been to as well as spying some fall colors which I suspected might happen after last weeks Cold Front and snow. Temps were a balmy 70-80 degrees. It's definitely nice to walk out my front door and have access to this area. 6 hours is about the limit of my phone battery without my plug in. AEG was 300' from 450 and HAZ tracks. Distance was .2 of a mile different.
I did have HAZ tracks pause 2 times that I noticed and I didn't use my phone for pictures or anything else, but I was going between a signal and no service so I'm not sure if that accounts for the pauses.
Looking forward to full blown Fall Colors. |
