After dropping my daughter off at school, decided to go to this TH as it is one minute drive from her school. Today's theme is flocks.
First I saw a flock of lesser finches. Then a flock of mallards. Then out of nowhere came rosy faced lovebirds. Then a flock of great tailed grackles came and chased them away.
Great weather and a great hike. Not as many wildflowers or butterflies here.
