| no partners | | This was Day 1 of my Camping Trip on the Mogollon Rim a couple of Weeks ago...Met some Friends at Green Valley Park on the Way up to the Rim. After spending some Time with them in the Morning, I started up the Rim, stopping and spending several Hours at the Tonto Fish Hatchery which is also a Prime Birding Spot up here...
After doing a Hike on Day 2 (DrewHighlineSee), I spent most of Day 3 in the Escape, riding out a Tropical Storm...On Day 4 I packed up finally at Noon and headed down the Rim. It was Pouring still at the 260 TH, but by the Time I got to the Horton Turnoff, it had stopped, so I went back up to the Hatchery for awhile...It was a good Stop...Finally got a Lens on a couple of Nemesis Birds!
Did a little Exploring from there and also further down the Rim...The Lupines are in Full Bloom along the Highway...I'll put them in my Camping Set....Had Dinner in Payson...The Storm was pretty Broken up by then, so I stopped back at Green Valley Park for Sunset....  |

Some Type of Rose, I think Lady Slippers, and Columbines all going well in the Hatchery Area... |
