81°, 57% humidity when I started at 0742. 85° and 53% when I finished. Seemed like it warmed up quicker than that. Visit to cardiologist before lunch, with excellent BP, and I guess the EKG turned out okay as well. I let them know I hiked 600 miles last year, and that I was on track to do the same this year. I was kinda curious how much of that was in my "backyard" (the Phoenix Mountain Preserve), and turns out it was 210 miles. :-k
