Pleasant paddle on a scenic lake. A handful of other boats out there (there's a rental facility available). A storm to the south of town kept our eyes on the sky, but it skirted well to the west. Only one boomer had us briefly considering abandoning ship.

This lake has so many little islands and coves that despite it being relatively small, you can easily spend a couple hours out here exploring.

In one way, I would have liked to swim. And in another I'm glad it's not permitted. This place would be a zoo.
