| no partners | | | Headed south on 79 to get away from the light pollution and ended up a few miles above the junction with 77. The eclipse was much better than previous times I've watched from the valley. Once the eclipse was happening, there were great views of the Milky Way stretching from the eastern horizon straight overhead to the west. It's nice this event happened at a decent time instead of the usual 1 - 3am nonsense. |
