The girls were shopping for dresses for the bridesmaids and thus gave me a free afternoon. I hit the trail rather late, around 11:30am. Surprisingly there was parking at the trailhead. My backup plan was to go to Flatiron if the lot was full. Made decent time but still managed to blaze my own trail from the creek to the spine; this time back down too.
