We've been carrying kayaks around the state for 6 days. Today was the day we finally put them on the water. Arrived at the reservoir to an empty parking lot. Always good to have an experience like this all to yourself. Just me and my kids. We paddled in about 3 miles, sometimes walking the kayaks through shallow water. Most people turn around, but its worth it to get your feet wet and continue on.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
