Hiked on a "normal" person trail for the first time in years and only my second time on SoMo but it was actually quite nice!
Joel was kind of enough to do some technical work on my old brick of a laptop so I can finally get photoshop up and running so that was the main purpose of our random in town rendezvous.

While waiting for Joel my dog and I went up to the nice little off trail benchmark peak near 2205 and I snapped a few long exposure photos in the meantime.
We then all proceeded through Hidden Valley where I found out I was indeed too fat for the infamous "Fat Mans Pass" and my dog and I opted to go over. :sweat:
We surprisingly ran into a few other night hikers going the opposite way, other than that the evening was enjoyed with some perfect weather and good conversations about future trips as always!
Thanks again for all the help Joel, I'm currently waiting for photoshop to download while I'm typing this!
