First hike in 4 weeks to the day after falling off Squaw Peak during harvest moon. Slow but I made it without incident.

Nice trail. Great views at the top and cozy in the canyon. NOW is the time to go to see fall foliage. May return someday to check out the side trip to pools.

About five years ago I did the bottom section up to Dripping Springs. This upper section is definitely the better of the two.

Almost didn't find the trailhead until some hunters took me right to the trail.
