| no partners | | I didn't plan on hiking today(rainy)but woke up early and got a wild hair to go do Pine Canyon. Next time I'll just cut the wild hair.LOL. I started from the bottom. It was just a light rain but it did make the first couple miles slick.Once you get by the Cabins,Jeep road and the burnt area it's a nice hike. There are a few side hikes. if I were going one way, I would like to try some of them. Maybe next time. I saw a couple Deer and a few squirrels. There were lots of birds singing. The humming birds were wizzing by wherever the Manzanitas were. There were some very nice green sections and the switchbacks were a good workout.Nice hike but neverrr in the rain again. |
