Took a group of Varsity Scouts up Flatiron today. Started the hike right around noon. Lost Dutchman State Park was an absolute zoo! Felt like the Echo Canyon parking lot at Camelback Mtn--had to wait for someone to leave before letting another car in.

So, it was no surprise that the trail was jammed up as well. Definitely not a day for solitude. But that said, the boys had a great time and the views are always a treat.

Weather was great, particularly as we were finishing it off as the daylight came to a close.
