| no partners | | First time checking out trails at Schnebly Hill (why did we wait this long?!).
We were supposed to go to Devils Bridge via Chuck Wagon but we were couldnt find the trail from the Long Canyon trailhead (trails washed up) so decided to finally check out Hangover and we ended up at Margs Draw. I checked my map and the map at the trail head and still managed to get on the wrong trail. 
Started around 1030am, still a lot of room in the parking lot, packet by the time we finished. Saw some Pink Jeeps over at Munds Wagon trailhead. Marg's Draw was well marked and we easily found our way to Broken Arrow. I like that the terrain changes from rocky to packed dirt with some foliage. Perfectly runnable trail 
Views of course are amazing! Weather was overcast with cool mild winds when we started and quickly warmed up (mid 60s to low 70s). Saw only 2 other hikers going up, saw a few more going back. Dog friendly trail I would say, saw some 4 legged friends that morning.
Overall a nice short hike, less busy than other trails in town. |
