| partners | | In our so diverse outdoor Arizona there are so many enjoyable hikes to do many of which I will never be able to do, but this "White Canyon Wilderness" hiking segment is one I really enjoy returning back to hike due to it's rugged scenery, solitude / feel of remoteness, the right Out & Back length with a good workout AEG-wise (for me), and during a prime Arizona Wildflower Year, like this year, is a real winner!! 
I had been awaiting another extreme Wildflower hike in this area since March'09. Wanting to share a good thing, I invited Oregon_Hiker to join me over a month prior-to our planned visit date this 3/23/17. I had hoped we would have a similar blue sky day that I had back in March'09 for scenery and wildflower photography, but unfortunately we arrived on a rainy, overcast morning. Not to worry however as the sun did appear later in the morning with great Springtime temperatures as well.
A great day to relive the past!
