After Montana Peak I decided to go over to Sycamore Canyon and do some exploring around the area. I had previously gone down to the border once via Sycamore Canyon so this time I went up a side canyon towards Tinaja Spring. I thought I made it all the way but it looks like I fell just short.

There was water off and on throughout the canyon but it was fouled by all the cattle. There was plenty of evidence of amigo travel through here. I got to see my first pair of carpet shoes today which were left behind along with a couple jugs of water wrapped in camouflage. The shoes are used by illegals so as not to leave tracks. Crafty little buggers!
