Sportsball Sunday in the Goldfields. This was surprisingly more fun than I was planning. There's a very good route up to Dome Mountain, with not much of a route over to not dome, though it's fairly easy. There were some signs of a route down the north drainage, but it wasn't too overgrown anyway. After a short section on the road (we should have just stayed in the wash) we cut over to look for the "arches" and the "cave". I guess both were worth a visit, but not exactly exciting. The sun started to get warm in the last hour, but overall it was a really nice day to be outside. I would absolutely do this peak again!
