Between my cats surgery, bad weather, and my illness, I can't remember the last time I did a real hike.
This was only a couple miles and it wasn't much, nonetheless I felt like I might pass out a couple times - I'm blaming the antibiotics. A lot of work to do if I'm going to get back into shape for all the hikes I have planned for the next 6 months.
Only time I felt alive was at the creek crossings. Picked up broken beer bottles on my way down Swift Trail.
