| no partners | | | Enticed by a faded forest sign marking the Hidden lakes Trail, I pulled over to check this out. It's a short drop down to a fairly shallow forest lake that is just barely visible from FR24. I can't seem to find this trail on any topo maps, and it really isn't very interesting. Might be decent as an add-on hike for anyone visiting in the area, but everything else in nearby Indian Heaven is so much more scenic, I would rather dedicate my time to exploring that area. |
