| no partners | | | Started from the Horse Camp Trailhead on a beautifully clear and windy Monday afternoon. Followed the abandoned trail through the Lakes Basin to check out some of the unnamed lakes, then headed north along the PCT to Blue Lake and Tombstone Lake. Had a quick lunch at Tombstone, then headed south again along the PCT to Indian Racetrack and then looped back to the trailhead. Would have checked out the lookout, but I was quickly running out of daylight and energy, so I will save that for another time. |
