Easily the least interesting section of this urban trail that I've done to date. The only part that was like a single track at all was just inside Discovery Park.
I got a very early 5:50am start, even before the sky was completely lit up. Once I got to the canal where I left off before, I decided to head south on it, which is the Paseo Trail, maintained by Chandler. I did just under a mile on that, down to Germann Road, and headed back. The canal was much nicer compared to the sidewalk, even had some shade from the trees and the low morning sun.
Got done just after 9:30am, which has to be my earliest finish time ever. |
