| no partners | | | Hiked the upper portion of Klickitat Trail into Upper Swale Canyon. Chilly day with temps in the upper 30s/low 40s and quite breezy, at least for the first half of the day. Not too many people on trail- only encountered 4 other groups all day- it appears this trail is mostly popular among the mountain biking crowd. Spotted several small groups of deer grazing the hillsides high above the canyon. |
