| no partners | | After having to bail on an unfinished loop because of an unbroken trail and deep snow on Sunday, I had hoped to try again on Tuesday or Wednesday after others had had a chance to break the remaining section of trail. Alas, it took until today to get back, and another foot of snow had fallen in the meantime! But the good news was the loop had been fully broken, and I was able to knock out the 3 miles I hadn't gotten to on Sunday.
It was a quick trip through a delightful winter wonderland and a nice followup to climbing Emerald a few hours earlier to round out another great day on the snow. |
