| partners | | This was Day 4 of 8 of Oregon_Hiker and my planned Vehicle Camping / Hike Explore trip to the remote and scenic Redman Mesa area which borders the Salome Wilderness in our vast Tonto National Forest.
Due to extremely wet (mud and snow) area road conditions on our arrival day 3/18/21, we decided to explore close to our camp for a few days to allow the roads to dry some for needed later in the week 4WDing to reach some planned, further away THs. We also needed to cancel one of our more challenging off-trail day hikes for the week due to earlier confirmed road access concerns, so this very pleasant, scenic, and easy to navigate unplanned "Upper Indian Camp Canyon Creek Hike" with some flowing water and interesting geology was a nice surprise  |
