| partners | | This was our scheduled drive and short off-trail exploratory view hike #2 on the third day of an eight day vehicle camping trip to the remote Redman Mesa area, eight miles drive in from the Young Highway- Hwy 288.
The historic and interesting [ J R Ranch - Copper Mtn 7.5 Topo ] property has intrigued Oregon_Hiker and myself ever since our first daytrip visit 11/26/2018 to this very remote, historic, and scenic area bordering the Salome Wilderness.
On our first week camping/hiking visit to this Redman Mesa area in April'19, we had many long distance views to the J R Property from the NE facing side, but not any close-up views (without zoom) from the NW facing side.
This day was our opportunity to solve that mystery and we did  |
