| no partners | | Solo weekend (2 day) hike from Molino Basin to a few miles past Reddington road,
this again is part of the AZ trail. Nice hike, a bit blustery Sat. night with a little rain. Unfortunately a
truck was blasting music way out there all night long !! I couldnt believe it,
didnt even get to see who it was. Lots of deer out there, tried not to
point them out to all the hunters. The grass is nice to walk through. The
stream was a welcome resting spot. The water is mostly in the first quarter of the
11 miles but I did see a stock tank near Reddington road. The so called 'Lake' water
source is pretty nasty, would only want to drink in dire times, the stream is just a mile
or so near the 'Lake' so worth the wait. |
