I did this as part of a loop using the Elden Lookout Trail, the Sunset Trail, the Heart Trail, the Sandy Seep Trail, the Christmas Tree Trail (a little known trail that connects the Fatman's Loop with the Sandy Seep) and then the last part of the Fatman's Loop. I did this once 2 years ago, but didn't think much of it. I really enjoyed it today. I think I'll do the Heart Trail at least once more before snow covers it over.
