Just me today. Slate Trail, Quartz to high point where you can look down on Go John Tr and return.

Not as much hiking this year. My 2 knee replacements don’t give me any pain when hiking or biking but I do get discomfort that evening and the next day. Moving replacement parts are not showing any wear and are very stable. It’s the ligaments and tendons that are showing their age.

Not listing the 1-2 mile easy hikes I’m doing with Jake.
