Continuing our Tour de Kodak to fill out the mud-shortened day previously planned, we stumbled over to hit up Angel's Palace and the Nature Trail before taking advantage of the park's marvelous shower facilities. The Nature trail is pointless unless you are fulfilling a goal of posing for suggestive photos with every sandpipe spire in the park

. The Palace had a fair number of people hiking it, despite the somewhat sketchy 150 foot climb. The views are pretty good and make this one worth it for any septuagenarian and their grandkids who are camping here.
