tentative plan for corona loop
on the way up, john reminded me that i had seen something about a new trail to gila lookout recently, and he suggested we look for it
we took national west, and a little ways past the holbert turnoff, we found the new trail

less than a half mile to gila lookout on a smooth new trail
the lookout has new benches and signs along with a nice view, so we wandered around for a few minutes
less than five miles, so we decided to add on old holbert lookout and spent some time looking around there, too
back to geronimo
fun combo, something different and one more option from geronimo
saw a few other hikers
double digits, which should counteract the equivalent numbers of hours i'm going to watch basketball and volleyball today

coffee after the hike and then breakfast at the brass rail
home by noon tipoff
