Armed with his backpack, hydration bladder, binoculars and magnifying glass we set out with my 3YO GS to conquer the wilderness. Most rocks and plants were scoured and deemed either "Good" or "Bad". Numerous birds and squirrels were close to having been seen with his binoculars.

Breezy but good weather.

A warm up for longer hikes to come.
