| no partners | | | You can start from lots of places in town but once you get on trail it’s pretty well marked. I started route scout a few minutes late from my starting point but all the trail is there. There are signs and you can get a map from the park service building. Although it didn’t have mileage. I ran into a local and she said it would be about 4 miles from where I started and she was spot on. Once you cross the tracks and head up, go under the big pipe and start your climb. Pretty good workout for me but good trail. Once you get to the lake most of the work is done. I went counter clockwise. Pretty lake and very green area. Not to busy. Water running here and there with an occasional little bridge. Really enjoyed this one!! |
