I took my Grandson Isaac and his friend up to Woods Canyon to Hike/fish. Got there early to hike to our favorite spot. The parking lot is still all tore up. We parked up in the overflow lot to be safe.
Hiked in to our spot before the sunrise. First fish was caught by an Osprey and second by Issac

. Weather was great and fishing was good. Only one crawdad caught.
Walked a little along the rim views on the way out then grabbed a bite at the ol Christopher Creek steakhouse on the way home.
The fish were already getting bigger as we ate and talked about our day.

Isaac caught his biggest trout and his friend Max caught his first! Both boys slept most of the way there and most of the way home.

It was a very enjoyable outing! Thanks boys! Like HAZ, you both rock!
