Wifey and I decided to see the fall colors. Her foot was bothering her, so she set up her hammock about a half mile up Marshall Gulch while I went on to finish the loop.

The fall colors were pretty great, not quite peak at the time but sweet nonetheless.

I found a hammock spot off Aspen trail myself, with a nice view. The several deer there approved.

The aspens on the return to Marshall Gulch looked more nipped by frost than golden yellow, so that segment didn't quite meet expectations.

Met wifey by the car around lunchtime, ate, and headed back down.
