Quick hike while my daughter was in a class. Still water in the creek, though it goes underground in a few stretches and is green and slimy in others. Flowers are still going strong. Went two miles and enjoyed the view, then headed back. Met a Gila monster on the way back, which made my day. He was kinda scrawny and wasn’t moving real fast, so I got some good pictures and video.
