I set out to hike to this peak since it is the high point of the city of Mesa.

I parked at a pullout on E Thomas Rd, walked on a sidewalk on Hawes Rd, and then took a well maintained and well travelled trail up to the summit. There were some chairs at the summit and since it was a nice morning I hung out there for a while and enjoyed the nice views.

Then I reversed course and made an out-and-back hike out of this.
