Me and some friends decided to do some exploring near Richinbar mine. The access gate along I-17 is no longer locked so we drove in. We wandered around the mine, looking into the pits and seeing if we could find any adits or portals that the were not sealed. We didn't find any openings, but we did find a lot of possible sealed portals. We found old roads, old bricks, and more. I also found the final stage to a multi-geocache by chance, which was a pleasant surprise. We wandered down to the old windmill in the wash and saw it was located above a 30' deep well. There was also a geocache hidden here which I failed to find. Last finder was back in 2018, so I presume the geocache might've gone missing :(. We spent about 4 hours exploring the area.
