| no partners | | Got a later start from Prospector Park in AJ and did a lasso loop with the horse trails. There's a sign by the entrance lot that says on Saturday the trails are closed for some event, and it has a logo of the AJ municipality. I didn't know these trails were official trails maintained by AJ.
Saw 1 hiker twice, doing a loop and going in the opposite direction as me. Very windy to start but not really cold. Was kind of warm all morning but not hot, either. Sunny and clear all morning.
When I got back to the parking lot, there was some kind of event in the park. Everyone was dressed up like they had come from the RenFest. Not sure if this was related to that somehow. No traffic leaving the park, so I was happy with that. |
